1. No Refund After Enrollment
All course fees are non-refundable once payment is completed.
This includes:
- Online courses
- Offline classroom programs
- Recorded lectures
- Study materials
Please make payment only after understanding all course details.
2. Batch Changes
Students may request batch changes subject to seat availability.
Batch change fees may apply depending on internal policies.
3. Course Cancellation by Us
In rare cases where we cancel a course or batch:
- Students may be moved to another batch
- OR provided a refund if no alternative is available
4. Digital Products
There is no refund for:
- E-books
- PDFs
- Recorded lectures
- Online test series
- Digital downloads
Once accessed, they cannot be returned.
5. Payment Issues
For payment failures or duplicate transactions:
- The amount will be refunded automatically by the payment gateway
- Processing time usually takes 5–7 business days
